Crochet is a very mindful activity. It is a meditative practice, reducing your blood pressure and cortisol levels, calming your mind and bringing your emotions to a peaceful place. Actively reducing the buildup of anxiety and stress.

Coming together in a activity group with like-minded individuals gives space to chat, exchange stories, receive practical advice easing what you carry. Engaging with a creative project is a bonding experience and the support that is provided by the group is very nurturing, combating loneliness and a sense of isolation.- A shared is a problem halved.
